Everything you need to know about RhemaOS and Scripture-powered prayer.
What is RhemaOS?
RhemaOS is a Scripture-powered prayer platform and Christian operating system. It transforms any Bible verse into a personalised, prophetic prayer using AI — grounding every prayer in specific Scripture rather than generic devotional content. Built by Olusola Eri-Oluwa during a year of physical confinement in 2025.
How is RhemaOS different from YouVersion or Glorify?
YouVersion is a Bible reading app. Glorify is a worship and meditation app. RhemaOS is a prayer generation tool — it takes a Bible verse and turns it into a personalised, declarative prayer for your exact situation. Every prayer is anchored in a specific Scripture, not pre-written content. RhemaOS also includes AI Bible study, a personal altar, and team prayer — all in one platform.
Is RhemaOS free to use?
Yes. The Free plan gives you access to 1 chapter per day, prayer from Psalms and the Gospels, the Personal prayer adaptation, and 10 lifetime Rhema AI messages. Paid plans (Believer, Disciple, Warrior) unlock more chapters, more prayer adaptations, and more AI features. Start free at rhemaos.app — no credit card required.
What are prayer adaptations?
A prayer adaptation is a contextual lens applied to a Bible verse that shapes how the prayer is generated. The same verse prayed through a "Healing" adaptation yields a prayer about recovery and wholeness; through a "Warfare" adaptation, it becomes a declaration against spiritual opposition. RhemaOS offers 13 adaptations: Personal, Morning, Night, Warfare, Business, Family, Finances, Protection, Healing, Breakthrough, Strength, Marketplace, and Thanksgiving.
Does RhemaOS work offline?
RhemaOS is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can install it on your phone or tablet and access previously loaded content without an internet connection. It works on web, iOS, and Android.
What is the Rhema AI?
Rhema AI is the conversational AI inside RhemaOS. It offers three modes: a prayer companion who helps you navigate Scripture for your situation, a pastoral voice offering biblical guidance, and an app assistant for help using RhemaOS. Every response from Rhema AI is grounded in Scripture — it does not generate theology, it points you back to the Word.
What does "Rhema" mean?
In Greek (ῥῆμα), "rhema" refers to the spoken, living Word of God — the specific Scripture that God illuminates for a believer's particular situation, as distinct from the written logos. Romans 10:17 says "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the rhema of God." RhemaOS is built on the idea that every believer can access that living, specific word through Scripture-based prayer.
Is my prayer data private?
Yes. Your prayer journal entries, personal altar programs, and any personal context you share are stored privately and are never visible to other users, other organisations, or in any analytics. RhemaOS does not use your prayer content for AI training. See the Privacy Policy at rhemaos.app/privacy for full details.
